How booking works
Book ahead
Members book up to 14 days ahead, everyone else 7 days. Popular early and evening classes fill first.
Waitlist
Class full? Join the waitlist and we add you automatically if a spot opens before the cancellation window.
Cancel by 12 hours
Cancel 12 hours ahead for a full credit.
Childcare
Childcare is available during select classes, marked on the schedule.
How early should I arrive?
Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so we can show you around, check any injuries and get you set up. After that, five minutes is plenty.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 12 hours before class for a full credit back. Later cancellations carry a $20 fee and missed classes a $25 fee.
How do I book, change or cancel a class?
Book through the schedule page or our app. You can change or cancel in the app up to the cancellation window, or call the studio.
Is there a waitlist when a class is full?
Yes. Join the waitlist when you book. If a spot opens before the cancellation window we add you automatically and send a notification.
